No Unauthorized Email Collection
We refuse any unauthorized collection of the email addresses posted on this website by email-harvesting programs or other technical means. Please note that violations are subject to criminal penalties under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection of the Republic of Korea.

Article 50-2 of the Act prohibits the following, in summary:
- Collecting email addresses from a website that states its refusal of such collection, by using a harvesting program or any other technical means.
- Selling or distributing email addresses collected in violation of the above.
- Using email addresses for transmitting information while knowing that their collection, sale, or distribution is prohibited.
Article 65-2 (Penalties)
A fine of up to KRW 10 million may be imposed on, in summary:
- anyone who takes technical measures in violation of Article 50(4);
- anyone who transmits advertising information for commercial purposes in violation of Article 50(6);
- anyone who collects, sells, or distributes email addresses, or uses them to transmit information, in violation of Article 50-2.
